I wanted to state that we have honest up front pricing.
When we give you a price that is what the price will be!

Furnace Repair Diagnostic Fee is just $100.00** (applied towards final bill if we fix or replace equipment) Local (720) 383-4HOT which is (720) 383-4468.

Estimates for new or replacement equipment are free.

We accept check, cash, credit card, paypal. Easy pay over the phone with credit card or through email with credit/debit card or paypal.

Furnace Safety Check: $100.00*

AC Inspection/refrigerant check: $100.00

Furnace Clean and Safety Check: $129.00 (does not include blower wheel pull and clean.)*

Furnace Clean and Safety Check with certification: $225.00*

Furnace Certification: $159.00*

Air Conditioning Condenser Clean and Inspect: $159.00 (includes foam cleaning of outdoor condenser coil)

Evaporator coil clean and inspect is priced on a case by case basis as the design of the coil and installation affect the pricing of the cleaning.*

***Pulling the blower wheel out and cleaning can be added to any of the above services for an additional charge of $100.00*** This additional service may or may not need to be done which is why it is priced seperately.

Furnace and AC replacements are bid on a case by case basis and will include material, labor, tax, and applicable permits.

Duct work pricing is done on a case by case basis. Still get up front price before we start. As long as you know what you want and nothing on your end changes then our prices won't change either.

*some attic and crawlspace equipment may incur additional charges due to access and power requirements.

**after hours/emergency calls may incur an additional charge
(Don't be fooled by gimmicks such as no additional charge or no overtime charges for after hours calls. It just means that their normal prices are way higher than they need to be to make up for this.)
